ARTESIAN LOYALTY REWARDS & BENEFITS TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL USE

  • All vouchers and promotions are subject to availability, at all times.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or use of any voucher or promotion at any time.
  • Patrons must comply with all standard venue policies, including but not limited to, tattoo policies, booking policies and dress codes.
  • Noncompliance may result in termination of Artesian Loyalty benefits.
  • Artesian Hospitality reserves the right to withdraw or chance any benefit, reward or promotion at any time, without notice.
  • Loyalty rewards and benefits can only be redeemed & acquired in venue and can not be redeemed or acquired through third party apps.
  • Valid at all Artesian Hospitality Venues

Time Limited Vouchers are only valid at the venue specified on the voucher, for a limited time period. Time Limited Vouchers expire as per the time indicated by the countdown timer.

A member may receive any of the time limited vouchers below:

  • Free express entry to Cali Beach
  • 50% discount voucher at Cali Beach
  • $15 voucher at Surfers Pavilion
  • 50% off at Surfers Pavilion
  • 50% off at White Rhino
  • $50 voucher at White Rhino
  • $25 voucher at Bedroom

Terms of Use:

One $25 Referral Voucher will be issued per successful referral. Vouchers will only be issued once the referee has made a purchase, scanned their Artesian Loyalty member card and accrued points.

The Cali Locals Pass entitles the member to free entry at Cali Beach. Only available to residents within the City of Gold Coast postcodes 4205-4287.

  • Valid at Cali Beach only
  • Priority entry for you and a guest before 4pm on trading days

  • Priority entry for you and a guest before 10:30pm on trading nights
  • Not valid during ticketed or special events
  • Valid at Bedroom, TEMPO, Havana, Cali Beach
  • Not redeemable on Saturdays or during special events

Please make yourself known on arrival, so that the Host/Manager can be alerted. They will look after you from there.
