Measure
When allocating the points to your account, below factors are taken into account:
- number of transactions.
- total value of your sales.
- hours worked.
- manager’s feedback
- good customer reviews – potential for more points
- performance-based matters (i.e., late to work/calling in sick with no notice) – points deducted.
Once you’ve decided to redeem your points, visit our Artesian Store, and pick the reward of your choice. Please note that you won’t be directly purchasing the product/service/experience. Human Resources will contact you regarding the details of your reward.
Please note that:
- Prizes can be redeemed after 3 months probationary period has been completed.
- Your points will be allocated to your account on the 15th of every month.
